We at the Fight Right MMA Gym are dedicated to improving all levels of fitness and developing new and/or existing Martial Arts skills.
When training at the Fight Right Gym, students are exposed to a combination of many different arts combined to get the most effective results.
Whilst a comprehensive understanding of techniques is essential, one cannot underestimate the importance of fitness whether it be in a self-defense situation or in competition.
Training at Fight Right comprises of various styles including:
STAND-UP FIGHTING (which includes kickboxing, boxing and Thai boxing)
CLINCHING (which includes judo, Greco Roman Wrestling and sambo)
GRAPPLING (which includes Brazilian ju-jutsu).
These are all offered on a COMPETITIVE as well as NON-COMPETITIVE level.
