Ironfit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of Ironfit is to forge a broad, general, inclusive fitness. that will best prepare trainees for any physical occasion. We aim to build a complete functional fitness body which means a body that not only looks good but can perform under stressful situations and not have muscles that will fail you.
There is absolutely nothing boring about these classes. No class is ever the same so YOU never know what to expect, keeping you on your toes. The idea of IronFit is to not only focus on one element of exercising but rather incorporate exercises that will improve strength, fitness and muscle power. Kettle bells, Bungee Cords, Sandbags, Tyre Flips, Medicine balls and partner training are some of the elements used.
